The Golf Yoga Method

Move better. Swing better. Play longer.

Struggling with tight hips, limited rotation, or back pain?

I help golfers move better, swing with more ease and control, and enjoy the game for longer — through simple, golf-specific movement that supports the swing.

Supporting golfers and golf clubs who want a more confident, comfortable, and sustainable game.

My work is for golfers who want to:

  • improve rotation and mobility for a smoother, more effortless swing

  • release tight hips, backs, and shoulders that limit confidence and consistency

  • build stability and body awareness for better balance and control

  • play without aches, twinges, or fatigue creeping in during the round

  • stay active, resilient, and enjoying the game for as many years as possible

    No yoga experience needed!

Who I work with:

I help everyday golfers feel more comfortable and confident in how they move — so they can swing with greater ease, consistency, and enjoyment.

Especially supportive for:

  • women starting golf or returning after time away

  • senior golfers who want to stay active and playing comfortably

  • any golfer who feels limited by tightness, confidence, or body changes

My approach

My approach is welcoming, accessible, and designed to meet golfers where they are — whether confidence, comfort, or performance is the priority.

I combine functional movement, yoga, and golf-specific biomechanics to help you build the mobility, strength, and control your swing relies on.

My teaching is clear, practical, and tailored for real golfers — whether you’re new to movement practices or already active.

Why It Works

Most golfers don’t struggle because of technique alone. They struggle because something in the body feels tight, restricted, unbalanced, or fatigued.

Golf-specific movement improves how your body moves so the swing feels easier, more repeatable, and less forced — helping you play with greater comfort and consistency.
